As history unfolds, Shanfari & Partners Co. L.L.C. has carved a perception of Integrity, Value, Accountability, Quality, and Innovation. Through the application of these principles. We continue to provide value to our clients, and we will consistently meet our purpose: “An Integrated Approach to National Development”. Our services and expertise have been proven through the years as our capabilities extend from the most complex projects to the simplest.
At this juncture, I would like to point out that being one of the prime movers for making the company as one of the leading firms in the field of construction that we will actively pursue diversity in our workplace the markets we serve and the service we provide. By embracing this mantle of responsibility, we will continue to indoctrinate in our clients the sense of identity and nurture the values of the company.
A good and open working relationship I believe is essential for a successful job to be done. We will remain competitive and continue to lead the construction business in the Sultanate of Oman. Welcome and thank you for visiting the Shanfari & Partners Co. LLC website. My name is S. Srihar, and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Shanfari Group of Companies since 2013. I joined as a Management accountant in the year 2007 and elevated to the post of General Manager in 2009 to 2013.
Shanfari & Partners Co. LLC (S&P) an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certified company doing its business operations in Sultanate of Oman who provides services to the Government and Private Sector Clients in Construction civil works including road construction, Bridges, Flood control protection, Pipe laying, Transportation of bulk fuel, Fuel filling stations and Central Workshop for Maintenance and Repairs of Automobiles, Plant and Machinery.
Apart from the above, company has been diversified into many sectors in the fields of trading, MEP & LEV contracting, Solar power, ready-mix concrete, travel & tourism, printing & packaging, Logistics & transportation, laundry services etc., through our sister companies listed below.

Set up in the 1960’s in Salalah Oman the shanfari group of companies has come a long way from its humble beginnings. To achieve this policy and its objectives, S&P management has strategically resources for the implementation and improvement of the Integrated Management System embracing the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001: 2105 and ISO 54001: 2018. The performance of the system will be continuously monitored and assessed on an annual basis through a comprehensive audit process and an appropriate suite of key performance indicators.
The Chief Executive Officer has the overall responsibility for this policy and shall ensure that it is made available and clearly communicated to the employees, suppliers, Sub-contractors and clients.
All employees have the duty to understand and implement this policy and its requirements throughout the company and its business operations.

The primary responsibility of the Chair is to lead the Board effectively and this includes overseeing the adoption, delivery and communication of the Company’s corporate governance model. The Company Secretary assists and reports directly to the Chair on corporate governance matters. The Chair ensures that the Board as a whole plays a full and constructive part in the development and determination of the Company’s strategy and overall commercial objectives. The Board ensures that the Group adopts policies and procedures that the Directors consider appropriate with regard to the Group’s size and activities.
