Salalah Overseas Company is 100% owned by the same owners of S&P Co, viz. H.E. Saeed Ahmed Saeed Al Shanfari (former Minister of Petroleum), Shaikh Saeed Abdul Aziz Sabah Al Rawas and Ahmed Abdullah Mahfoodh Al Shaikh.

Salalah Overseas Company was established in 1982, and having three major Divisions, viz. HEAVY EQUIPMENT DIVISION, TYRES & BATTERIES DIVISION, AUTOMOTIVE WORKSHOP DIVISION The commercial operations in respect of tyres, batteries and lubricants started in the second half of 2012, growing steadily in achieving a reasonable turnover and the Trading activities are in full swing for all the products. The Outlets of Tyres & Batteries Division are operating in Salalah, Misfah Industrial Area-Muscat, Marmul, Sohar & Duqm Economical Zone
